- Mikawa Nainenki Industries Ltd was established by promoter 9 people.
- 1956/7
- Production and sales of Bench type drilling and Tapping machine was started.
- 1957/7
- Company name was changed to KIRA Machinery Co., Ltd.
- 1958/10
- Production and sales of Upright drilling machine was started.
- 1970/8
- Affiliated company Liang Sheng Industrial Co., Ltd. established in Taiwan.
- 1972/11
- 2nd factory was established. Production and sales of Special purpose machine and Stainless pump was started.
- 1973/7
- Technical center was established.
- 1981/4
- Nagoya Small and Medium Business Investment & Consultation Co., Ltd. becomes share holder.
- 1981/5
- 3rd factory was established. Production and sales of Machining center was started.
